• The Gallery Direct name and logo are registered trademarks. You may not use them without prior written consent.

4. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Gallery Direct. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
• Payment must be made in full before artworks are shipped.
• In the event of non-availability of an artwork, we will notify you and issue a refund or assist in finding a suitable alternative.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timeframe: 10-14 working days for international orders. 
• In the case of customized or commissioned artwork, processing times may vary, and we will communicate the estimated timeline to you.
• Packaging:
• All Artworks shipped are rolled in protective tubes (if unframed).
• Stretched or framed artworks are shipped in custom-built crates.
• Shipping costs: Free worldwide shipping.
• Customs duties/taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties or taxes applicable in their country.
• Responsibility: Gallery Direct is responsible for artworks until they are delivered to the address provided. Once delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.

6. Returns & Cancellations

• Returns & Damaged Goods: All goods are quality checked prior to shipment and once your order has been delivered to the address provided and signed for, responsibility passes to you.
• Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations cannot be accepted if the artwork is already in production or transit.
• Custom and Commissioned Artwork: Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable, except in the case of damage during transit or defects.

7. Privacy

• Gallery Direct respects your privacy. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

8. Site Usage

• You agree not to use this website in any way that:
• Interrupts or interferes with its functionality.
• Uploads or transmits malicious software or harmful code.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs clearance, or force majeure events (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, pandemics).
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gallery Direct shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss related to the use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
